We are a family-operated fresh produce store located in Port Macquarie, looking for an Administration/Office All-Rounder to join our team.
The days of work are flexible and can be negotiated for the right candidate.
You will be required to be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Bookkeeping including Accounts Payable/Receivable and Bank Reconciliation using Xero
- Handling and balancing of cash registers daily
- General Office Administration including filing, scanning, printing. Ordering office stationery supplies, making phone calls to customers and suppliers upon request, responding to incoming emails, daily banking preparation, marking off produce on arrival from suppliers and ensuring the office is kept clean and presentable at all times
Experience / Skills Required:
- Demonstrated administration and customer service experience
- Xero experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
- Be self-motivated and organised with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work towards deadlines and under pressure
- Have a positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
