This role will see you work independently in our practice as an integral part of our team, managing a diverse range of tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for fostering and nurturing our client experience. You will work closely with the administration team and Practice Manager/Director to optimise our processes and implement cohesive operations to support our thriving business.
You will also work closely with our Clinicians and Therapists to support the overall management of our practice.
No two days are the same in this role, which will see you undertaking tasks from answering calls and managing incoming emails to liaising with various service providers and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating the practice schedule and managing clinical files.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Experience in reception and/or administrative roles, preferably within an allied health setting or Psychology practice (minimum 1 years experience)
- Intermediate level in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in practice management software Halaxy OR similar
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, critically think and multitask
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain
- National Disability Insurance worker screening or willingness to obtain
Preferred requirements for the role:
- Knowledge or referral systems i.e. Medicare, WorkCover, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Victims Services etc.
- Clinical diary management/caseload scheduling

This role is a full time position and will predominately be based at our Practice in Picton Psychology, however there is opportunity for some work from home days.
The salary is negotiable based on the level of experience, skills and expertise required for the position.
