We are a fast growing transport company requiring an enthusiastic Office Administration and Customer Service person to join our team. This role will be responsible for general administration/Customer Service and is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday, no weekend work, paying above average salary plus super.
Qualifications & experience
- Computer Skills
- MS Applications Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Full training provided in transport software
- Must be friendly and helpful in nature
- Transport industry experienced preferred
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage run sheets, proof of delivery, and pallet control
- Customer Service
- Answering calls and emails
- Data Entry
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm
