Office Administration/Sales Support - Full Time

Well-established, nationally based manufacturing company (based in Altona), we have a great opportunity, available in a customer service role, to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable individual, mature minded to work on a Full Time basis.  

Location: Altona, VIC
 
The role is very unique in its own way, however the majority of work will be based around:
 

• Data entry /invoicing.
• Customer communication.
• General Office Duties.
• Internal sale support.

 
To be considered for this role, you must have:
 

• Ability to multi task.
• Experience with computer-based applications, MYOB EXO  program.
• Possess excellent time management skills and experience working to deadlines.
• Have a professional telephone manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and learn new systems.
• You will have experience working in a team environment.
