Foodchain is a WA owned and Operated family business founded in 2009. We are a specialist café/ restaurant supplier, offering all things food and packaging to a wide range of customers across WA.
We are seeking a full time or part time Office Administrator who will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the business. Supporting the founders of the business and the Sales Manager, this is a newly created role and you have the opportunity to make it your own. Flexibility will be considered for the right candidate.
Reporting to the business owners, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Entering purchase orders in Easyvend
- Running daily reports
- Accounts payable
- Running main reception, and answering emails and phone calls
- Accounts receivable
- Assisting with invoicing
- Maintaining office supplies
- Maintaining all office filing and records
Preferred skills and experience:
- Confidence when dealing with customers over the phone
- Data entry
- Basic accounting skills
- MYOB knowledge preferred but not essential
- Experience working within hospitality
- Ability to work autonomously
