We have partnered with a client seeking an Administration Officer. Working closely with the Office Manager and the Administration Team, you will be primarily involved in the day-to-day administration of the office, this includes Data Entry and Customer Service.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria:
- High level of Attention to detail
- A proactive working ethic with a professional working attitude
- Experienced across all Microsoft platforms (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Operational agility
- High level experience of Data Entry
- Transport and Logistics background (Desired not essential)
- Understanding and overseeing company policies and procedures
- Data Entry
- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filling system
- Resolve administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Answering Customer enquiries
