Job description
The Role:
We have partnered with a leading Energy Supplier to recruit a Part TimeOffice and Facilities Administrator for an initial 5-month contract with the possibility of extension.
The Responsibilities:
Office Administration
Manage daily admin tasks including correspondence, emails, phone calls and visitors
Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional front-desk experience
Receive and despatch parcels and mail via courier and collection from PO Box on a daily basis
Maintain office supplies, reorder supplies as required and ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with Ampol guidelines
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents as required
Organise and maintain office records and documents
Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
Assist members of the team with other adhoc administration requirements
Undertake Fire Warden and First Aid training supplied by client
Raise shopping carts and post invoices in SAP (training provided)
