We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist to assist in the smooth day to day administrative and back-end operation from our Bundall Office. The successful candidate will ideally have previous administration experience and demonstrate their desire to be professional, proactive and possess a strong attention to detail.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Professionally manage incoming calls quickly and efficiently
- Directing enquiries to the designated staff members promptly and professionally
- Greeting clients in our Bundall office reception
- Organising meeting rooms calendar, making sure all rooms are tidy after meetings
- Processing incoming & outgoing mail daily
- Monitor and order office supplies as required
- Assist in the upkeep of our Bundall office
- Printing, collating and binding documents for appointments
- Scanning and filling of client documents
- Assist in the administration duties related to managing client’s superannuation funds
- Assist in the management of the office including kitchen stocks
- General administration duties as required
Experience required:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Minimum of 2 years Administration experience within a professional practice
