POSITIONThe unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team has become available. This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Preparing fee proposals
- Staff payroll and payment reconciliations
- Client correspondence - inbound and outbound calls
CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator / Receptionist
- Experience with Xero would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
