We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Administration Officer to support our office team in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone who is looking to develop and grow their professional administration career.
Location: Ochre Health Support Office Woolloomooloo, Sydney (Office based role)
About the role:
- Provide effective and timely operational administration support for Ochre Medical Centres nationally
- Manage the day to day running of the Ochre Support Office including the maintenance and planning of the rooms and offices.
- Provide assistance to the leadership team in booking travel, planning events and diary management.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Other tasks as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our practices and Support Office
- Work within a supportive friendly environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- The ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines with the ability to be flexible to change tasks as higher priorities arise
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills using initiative to look for solutions autonomously
- A friendly and outgoing nature to be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working autonomously and have the willingness, energy and drive to complete responsibilities
