Due to the current Administrator going on maternity leave an exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Office Administrator to join this close-knit, boutique firm in Kew East. No two days are the same in this role so if variety is what you’re seeking, look no further!
This role will see you responsible for processing mail through the ATO Portal, distributing ASIC renewal packs, assisting with debtor statements, diary management and booking appointments. Company culture is incredibly important and the team prides themselves on creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring a busy phone line
- Receiving and distributing mail through the ATO Portal
- Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Distributing ASIC renewal packs
- Database management
- Inbox management
- Diary management
- Onboarding new clients
- Adhoc administrative tasks
About You:
- A minimum 1 year experience in public practice accounting is essential for this role
- High attention to detail
- Organised
- Fantastic written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
