AddressStorm Scaffolding located in Tamborine is looking for an experienced small business administrator to start ASAP
You will be required to work 5 days a week 9am - 5pm. ( Hours can be discussed)
Casual position - $28 - $32 (depending on experience)
The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, experienced bookkeeper to run the invoicing, contracts, and site administration, payroll and general administration duties for this small business in the construction industry.
Training will be provided.
Employment to commence ASAP if successful. Must have a valid Driver's License and car to go to eventual on street tasks. (Bank, Qld transport)
This Roll Includes:
- Assisting quoting and invoicing
- Accounts payable and receivable preferably MYOB (essentials)
- General phone call and writing emails
- Bank recs
- Excel, word, outlook
- Ability to read construction contracts preferred
- BAS lodgement preferred
- Payroll (superannuation and IAS lodgement)
- QCAT and Civil Claims experience desirable but not essential
- General administration
