Office All-Rounder

Hepburn Waters & Beverages is looking for an experienced full-time 
Office All-Rounder for an immediate start.

Located in Grovedale, we are a small family business that is customer service focused servicing the Geelong, Bellarine, Surf Coast, Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and Daylesford areas.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Data entry, processing orders, inventory management, pricing updates, 
  stock ordering
• Accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation
• Payroll, BAS reporting, end of month procedures
• Transport company/courier logistics
• Ad hoc admin duties as required

Must have:

• Office admin experience
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Xero
• Great communication skills, positive attitude, team player, problem solving
• Knowledge of AADS software an advantage
