WOW Recruitment are looking for an Office All Rounder to join an expanding Product Design Consultancy firm in Sydney's Inner West.
You will provide support to the Business Manager and wider team managing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.
Excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, detail focused All Rounder with experience in basic accounting and excellent communication skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with monthly accounts payable cycle, purchase orders and reconciliations.
- Monitor and assist in Human Resources activities.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly database maintenance and reporting.
- Provide support for meetings, training, software, and systems.
- Handle office supply orders and shipment coordination.
- Meeting & greeting visitors.
- Coordinate internal company events.
- General operational and admin support.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Bookkeeping data entry experience in Xero.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in computer applications - Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
