Our company needs a hands on, detailed and versatile person who can assist with the development of the ADG business.
Your new roll:
- Data entry
- Completing pickups and deliveries
- Organize travel, work functions
- Maintain internal calendar
- Obtaining pricing, availability, estimated time of arrival on purchases, chasing outstanding purchase orders and collection of small orders
- Assisting dispatch department with packaging, booking freight
- Assisting sales department with invoicing
- Assisting with stocktaking
- Maintaining lists, forms and other general office admin
- First aid officer and fire warden, including maintain workplace health and safety documentation
To be successful in this roll you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. With the ability to balance priorities
- Can do attitude with a desire to learn
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated computer and IT skills including Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Ability to work autonomously or within a team to achieve targets
- Be self driven with a passion for quality and efficiency
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Hold a current QLD driver’s license
