Haynes are currently Seeking a Rental Coordinator for our valued Client Hastings Deering in Gladstone, Queensland.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Rental account representative with creating and sending rental quotations
- Prepare rental agreements and, where required, liaise directly with customers to have documents review and signed for processing.
- Action administrative tasks to complete Rental agreements such as obtaining and recording insurances and registering rental assets under the PPSA.
- Upload Rental Agreements in ERP system (AX) for processing, ensuring accurate inputs for rates, hours, hire term, rental commencement and other relevant documents.

- Monday to Friday roster
- 38hours per week w/ potential overtime
- $38per hour
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is required
- A valid Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
- Available for an immediate commencement.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
