SalaryWe are seeking a conscientious Motel manager, couple or single for the Country Motel in Queenstown Tasmania.
Responsibilities including:
• Excellent customer service
• Use of a computerized front office system
• Property maintenance
• Stripping the beds every day in the morning
• Supervision of housekeeping staff
• Preparation of daily income reports
• Achieve strong occupancies
• Housekeeping of some rooms if needed
• General repairs and maintenance.
• Preparing Rosters
• Delivering Guest satisfaction and excellent customer service
• Maintaining order and cleanliness
• Clear communication skills
• Conflict resolution.
• Handle guest complaints accommodate guest requests and provide information about local tourist attractions.
• Manage recruitment and training of new employee
