As a Production Manager, you will be on the floor supporting with the overall process to ensure production rates and targets are met. Supporting with the business plan, you will lead a small team to execute the daily plan while ensuring a strong safety mindset across the warehouse.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at the QBC Production Facility in Acacia Ridge.
Some of the tasks:
- Oversee the production and supply process
- Support with the execution of the daily production plan
- Lead, coach and mentor the team to support with success
- Assess and manage resourcing requirements to meet set targets
- Organise the routine maintenance schedule to maximise equipment life
Some of the skills:
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level written and verbal communication
- An ongoing safety mindset
- Valid forklift licence
