Position: Full-Time Production Manager
Location: Rozelle, NSW 2039
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations of our coffee roasting facility.
- Coordinate and schedule production activities to ensure timely and efficient roasting, blending, and packaging of coffee products.
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
- Implement and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years Proven experience in a production management role,
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of production processes and best practices, particularly in coffee roasting and blending.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality products.
