Adelaide Commercial Real Estate is seeking an Office Assistant to provide vital support to our Leasing Officer and offer a range of support including Receptionist duties when required. This person ideally should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers.
Our company was established in 2010 and within that time we have grown into a full service commercial property practice recognised in today’s marketplace.
We require a driven individual who enjoys a busy and active workplace with a great team environment. We see this position as long term with the opportunity to grow for the right individual and become a vital part of our team.
Duties will include:
- Accurate data entry and maintain system records
- Creating and uploading Internet advertisements
- Maintaining files and documents
- Maintaining Key Register
- Answering Phone calls
- Document management inclusive of filing, scanning, archiving etc
- Relief to Reception as required
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be highly efficient
- Have professional phone etiquette
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
- Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Have attention to detail
- Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office essential inclusive of Excel) with the ability to pick up new systems easily
- Previous administration experience is favourable
