ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an all round office guru to join our vibrant team based in Somerton Park.
As an office team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and effectively. You'll be a guiding light, providing support and encouragement to all stakeholders.
Monday to Thursday 9am - 4pm based in Somerton Park
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Initiating, executing, and completing intake and onboarding tasks
- Refining customer requirements via telephone and email
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained when completing all administrative tasks
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, their families and other supports
- Identifying potential improvements to our existing administrational services and processes
- Managing client and staff rosters
- Managing staff shift notes and report writing where necessary
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Outstanding communication and language skills
- Experience working with people with disability will be desirable.
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients & customers.
- Advanced knowledge in Office Suite
- Superior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Must be highly organised.
- Ability to build rapport with individuals
- Strong client centric skills
