We are seeking Office Assistant in West Gosford. Full time position available. 7.30 start.
COMPANY PROFILE:
We are a West Gosford based warehouse setup business (installing / repairing all types of racking.)
The Role
Provide general administrative support to the administrative team
Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team
Key Skills and Requirements
Must be living in Australia with easy access to Gosford Central Coast NSW
Must be computer literate - Microsoft suite
Drivers licence and own transport
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in clear English
Some experience preferred.
Willing to learn
