AddressNutters Gutters is a dynamic and expanding Australian-owned company and we are seeking a dedicated part-time office assistant to help us keep the show on the road as we continue to grow.
This is a part-time role, working 1pm - 5pm, 5 days a week, based at our office in Darra that is suited to someone looking for long-term employment with a small team.
With ongoing training and support provided, we encourage those looking for an opportunity to start in an admin role to apply as well.
Daily tasks will include:
- Answering phones
- Checking and replying to emails
- Scheduling work for our team of contractors
- Invoicing customers
- Social media marketing an advantage
- General administration tasks including database maintenance, updating documents, scanning and filing, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Availability 1pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Basic computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident phone manner and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
