Access theMain responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Lead process improvement and uplift projects including undertaking ‘as-is' process mapping, obtaining feedback from internal and external stakeholders on process improvements, briefing leadership group and impacted staff on changes, implementing improvements using available technology, training and leading workshops on changes and documenting outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base across the unit and branch that documents team processes, procedures, decisions, and best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Office 365 tools and other IT systems, providing guidance and support to staff on their effective use.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other units to optimise the utilization of technology and available IT systems to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Manage unit projects including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to garner support for change initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of seeking feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Challenges the status quo, asks questions and seeks out new models and developments that may inform the team's approach (Stimulates ideas and innovation)
