- Support and mentor the Program Support Officer and monitor their daily tasks.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships and networks, both internal and external to the department.
- Provide timely quality advice and support to the Regional Director, Manager, and team members ensuring they are aware of emerging issues and timeframes for key decisions
