Clique Finance is an award winning Mortgage and Finance broking firm based in Adelaide CBD. We are a boutique firm with over 20 years combined financial experience, that services clients nationwide, specialising in providing finance & lending strategies for investor clients.
We are currently seeking someone with exceptional customer service and administrative skills as well as experience working in the mortgage broking or finance industry (preferred not essential) to join our dynamic team.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing and prioritising the various requests and requirements of the broking team
- Inbound/outbound calls & emails to clients and lenders
- Assisting in the processing of loan applications and preparing settlement documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders & external partners throughout the entire process
- Providing administration support and general office ad hoc duties
- Managing client, bank and other third-party relationships
What we are looking for:
- An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to manage priorities whilst maintaining a high standard of work
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service
- A highly motivated & self-driven individual
- Experience in a Mortgage Broking or finance related office is preferred although not essential
- Experience (preferred but not essential) in use of:
- Broker Engine
- FLEX
- Part time applicants will be considered
