Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Attend to mail, banking and payment of accounts.
- Scanning, filing and other administrative duties for portfolio clients (as required).
- Processing Macquarie statements for monthly reports to clients.
- Management of term deposits, including updates to Worksorted and Xplan.
- Assistance with monthly write-offs for WA division (as required).
- Maintain client database information, Change of Details in Xplan and with third party investment providers.
- Prepare reporting for advisors and clients (as required).
- Attend to time recording and costing requirements and raise invoices as required.
- Compilation and Review of bulk transacting spreadsheets prior to payment authorisation by Directors.
- Maintain and update all Portfolio Administration procedure guides.
- Assist with the implementation of review advice.
- Improve the client and user experience within the Wealth Advisory division.
- Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility, as may be required, from time to time.
- Routine problem solving and triage of queries.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience using Xplan/Iress desirable.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin/ related field of study, or relevant experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
