St Peter's College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne's south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for position of Office and Facilities Booking Manager. This is a cross campus position with time shared across both the Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses. Experience working in a school setting would be well regarded but is not essential.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is able to manage all front office team members, providing support and leadership.
- Has exceptional proven leadership skills of coaching and developing a team
- Superior communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Demonstrates ability to build partnerships with a range of stakeholders (both external and internal) to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Undertakes regular inspections of the facility to identify and address issues with bookings.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is competent in digital technologies.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.
