The Opportunity

You will be responsible for maximising occupancy and revenue while ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention. Working closely with the General Manager for Operations you will drive our leasing strategy from marketing, prospecting, and tenant relations to lease negotiation and administration. Your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and build rapport with clients will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to market available properties through various channels to attract prospective tenants.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and conduct property tours for potential tenants.
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants to ensure they meet leasing requirements.
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documents
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform leasing strategies.
- Participate in lease renewal negotiations and develop strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and respond promptly to leasing inquiries and concerns.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ideally, currently in a similar role or ready to take the next step up.
- 3-7 years of experience in property/leasing ideally or a sales facing role
- Degree qualified
