Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications;
• Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
• Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
• Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
• Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
• Conducting in-going inspections;
• Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
• Diary management; and
• General administration.
  

To succeed in this role you'll have:

• Previous Real Estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
• High level communication skills;
• The ability to prioritise;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• A high attention to detail;
• Exceptional time management skills;
• The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
• A valid driver’s licence.
