Tardis Group is a Global Executive Search company with head office located in Sydney, Barangaroo. We are currently looking to hire an Office Manager to cover a 12 Month Maternity leave period starting from mid-march.
We are looking for someone who understands the office experience and how important this is, looking at all things small to large to ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous administration and/or Office Management experience, have exceptional attention to detail, and great team working skills.
This is a full time role on a hybrid working schedule.

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Day-to-day Adhoc administration tasks.
- Managing CV formatting process.
- Posting and managing job ads and internal hiring processes.
- Organising staff events.
- Managing contracts.
- Website, intranet and social media management.
- Weekly and monthly reporting with excel and through the internal CRM (Bullhorn).
- Managing leave requests.
- Booking business trips.
- Funding and Grant applications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted.
