FenceCo specialises in perimeter and property access solutions. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team for 24 hours per week.
This is a flexible role and your hours can be arranged to suit your own personal circumstances. Working a portion of the hours from home may be an option.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly motivated team of professionals focused upon the continued success of the business.
About the role:
- Provide administrative support for the General Manager
- Provide accounts payable and receivable support for the Commercial Manager
- Prepare weekly payroll using XERO
- Provide procurement support for the project team
- Assist the project team to prepare and submit project handover documentation to clients.
- Identify and develop new system and processes and train team members to use these new systems and processes.
