About the role:
As a Claims Officer within the Property team, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Assess and process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and concise information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Previous customer service experience
- Resilient & able to show empathy to customers whilst assisting them through tough times.
- Highly developed written communication and clear & concise verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of business.
- Competent working knowledge and ability to adapt to new online systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- $34.58/ hour = Superannuation (Paid Weekly)
