Be the Spark: Administration Assistant at Elvery's Electrical
Are you tired of the same old office routine? Elvery's Electrical is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team!
It's more than just filing and answering phones - it's about getting plugged into the exciting tasks that make our business run.
Here's what you'll be tackling:
- Greet and liaise with all clients throughout all aspects of the organisation (phone/in-person/emails etc.)
- General administrative duties including filing, accurate record keeping, incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling etc.
- Accurate data entry in industry specific software (Fergus.)
- Process incoming and outgoing parts, including entry of invoices.
- Compiling and/or formatting documents and reports, proof reading and accurate, timely filing (electronic and/or hardcopy.)
- Invoicing for services provided.
- Follow up on Outstanding invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies (debt collection.)
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to other roles in the administration team - No day will ever be the same!

- Experience with administrative tasks and data entry.

- Experience in Microsoft 365 apps
- Experience with Xero
