Fantastic opportunity to take on an all rounder role supporting the Principal and the broader Belle Property North Lakes team.
Working as part of a small friendly team, the role primarily covers Director support and office management. The position also includes marketing, IT, bookkeeping and property support.
Responsibilities include:
- Office management including maintaining of office environment
- Managing Company Policies/Procedures, inducting new staff and managing Employment Agreements and general HR
- Managing staff Bonuses and Commission Structures
- Providing IT support to staff
- Managing Marketing Collateral
- Invoicing, Receipting and Payroll
- Assisting with property related administration
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a PA, administration or Office Manager role
- Experience gained in the property industry well regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong MS Office skills and general IT skills
- Exposure to Xero or other accounting software well regarded
