We are currently on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will provide broad support to Hilti Australia’s Executive Management Team and General Manager. The Office Manager will also organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational engagement, effectiveness and efficiency.

What does the role involve?In this role, you will be responsible for organizing the day-to-day office operations of our Rhodes and Seven Hills sites. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Being the point of contact for maintenance, shipping, supplies and equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory including cleaning products and services, catering supplies, dry goods, fresh produce etc.
- General services around the office including security and parking passes, office organization and clean up
- Managing contracts and pricing with office vendors and service providers, as well as managing the office budget
- Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements

What you need is:- Strong educational background; HSC or TAFE Diploma desirable
- Previous working experience
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and Influencing skills
- A flexible and proactive personality
- Ability to maintain a persuasive and credible presentation style
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office & SAP)
