Due to their ongoing success growth, we’re searching for a highly motivated Office Manager to join their dynamic team in Singleton. The ideal candidate is a team player, has the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic office setting, is passionate about delivering a high-quality service and thrives on excelling in their career. Whilst, experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is favourable, it is not essential.
The role:
- Act as the office first point of contact for clients and respond to correspondence ensuring relationships are built and maintained
- Assist Conveyancing team with proposed sale searches, preparation of draft marketing contracts and post-exchange activities.
- Preparation of documentation and client communication
- Manage office compliance requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director
- General office administration and office upkeep including stationery and office supplies
- Manage billing, invoicing and other financial administration tasks
