As you can imagine, with a high-functioning team like this, there are never enough hours in the day. So, this is where you come in. To achieve their goal of striking balance they are now looking for you! An Office/Operations Manager to join them and help bridge any gaps to bring it all together.
How do you help them maintain their best? It's easy. You put your operational expertise to work, providing exceptional administrative management to keep the office humming. You have a wonderful high-compliance mind and you love organisation. Your day will be busy and varied - from ensuring that reporting is completed, insurance renewals are complete, coordinating safety implementation and document across all projects, small bookkeeping functions and so much more! Don't stress though, with all this variety you will have through training and the support of the team behind you. In addition, you bring with you a self-driven approach and you thrive in a pressure cooker environment.
This role is perfect for an administrative super-star with the energy to keep up with this outstanding team. Super organised, detail orientated, exceptional with time management and the ability to manage many competing projects.
