This role requires in-office presence four days a week, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Payable sub-ledger: Reconcile creditor statements, process finance department invoices, and support other departments with queries.
- Accurate Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payments to maintain positive supplier relationships and represent the company's financial position accurately.
- Month End Accounting: Assist in month-end tasks such as reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing journals and accruals for accurate monthly reporting.
- Policies and Procedures: Review, maintain and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide support and training to new employees by taking them through the Accounts Payable and procurement processes.

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting and 2-3 years of experience?
