**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Assistant/Office Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our chiropractic office. The successful candidate will play a dual role, supporting our clinical team in patient care while also overseeing office management tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Clinical Assistance:**
- Assist chiropractors with patient examinations, treatments, and therapies.
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Manage and coordinate patient scheduling.
2. **Office Management:**
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the chiropractic office.
- Handle appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the clinical team and administrative staff.
3. **Customer Service:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting patients and handling phone calls.
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere within the clinic.
4. **Financial Management:**
- Assist in financial tasks, such as invoicing, processing payments, and managing accounts.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions regularly.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with office management software.
- Knowledge of chiropractic procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes.
