If this sounds like you, then we have an exciting opportunity that you won’t want to miss! We’re leaders in sustainable heating and hot water solutions and we’re looking for an Office Manager / Executive Support person to fill this key supporting role for our business.
You are someone that loves variety, has exceptional interpersonal skills, and can lead by example as you uphold our company values with your ‘can-do’ customer focused attitude. You are also someone that is highly organised, detailed oriented as well as being helpful and patient as you provide support across the business to keep the office, warehouse and interstate sites running smoothly.
This role is working onsite at our Melbourne head office located in Epping,
Responsibilities include:
Supporting our CEO, GM & wider Management team.
Taking calls and providing customer support.
Arrange meetings and taking minutes as required.
Preparing presentations, reports and booking of company functions and training.
Coordinating office catering.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Ordering office supplies and ensuring staff amenities are well maintained.
Facilities management, vehicle fleet management, maintaining insurances.
Be a champion of our ERP system and provide training and guidance to the team.
Managing various OH&S tasks as well as contractor/suppliers ensuring details including insurances are up to date.
Corporate governance tasks.
Supportive of a positive company culture.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Hold a formal business qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Management/Business or Accounting.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and can learn new systems with ease.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks yet equally capable of working as part of a team, collaborating with others as required.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
Proven ability to work autonomously, problem solve and work to deadlines; and
Must be aligned to our 5 company values.
