This firm is operating in a similar manner to most Mid Tier firms with the services they offer their clients. The firm has an outstanding client base comprised of SGEs, ASX listed and large multi national SMEs.

The firm is 100% paperless and cloud based.

pOSITION

Due to internal restructuring, the position of Office Manager has been created to ensure the firm's future success.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Working closely with the Partners to manage the day to day operations of the firm
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
• Managing a team of talented administrators (on shore and offshore) with regards to workflow, diary management, and assist with all facets of public practice administration
• Implementing new systems and improving the current systems in place to increase efficiencies

CANDIDATE

My client is looking for someone who is coming from a similar position from a public practice firm (no other industries considered)

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
• Ability to manage a team of administrators (on shore and off shore)
• A proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Proficient with cloud based accounting software packages (XPM, Xero, MS Office, Share Point, ATO Mate, CAS360)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
