We're on the hunt for an Office Manager Payroll, AR/AP to look at our operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. If you're a multi-tasking guru with a flair for administration and finance, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- Keep our office running smoothly, from supplies to security.
- Manage Debtors and Creditors.
- Process payroll, handle queries, and maintain records.
- Support our team with onboarding, queries, and coordinating events.
- Manage vendor relations, oversee facilities, and ensure our tech meets our needs.
- Prepare timesheets and process payroll and maintain records.
- Bank accounts and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and process EOM.
- Provide direct support to our executives and keep internal communications flowing.
- Plan and execute corporate events and uphold health and safety standards.
We're Looking For:
- An experienced ‘A’ Grader in MYOB required
- Experience in office management and payroll.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, MS Office and tech savy.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
