Salary is negotiable depending on skills & experience.

Role and Responsibilities, include but not limited to

  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
  • Establish & monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Contribute to planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office standards.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
  • Provide and allocate HR services such as hiring, performance management, payroll & training.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Finance system, with Accounting & Payroll.
  • Responsible for developing standards & promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.
  • Liaising with professionals and Government bodies to facilitate business grants.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government legislation, policies & procedures.
  • Ensure security, integrity & confidentiality of data.
  • Oversee adherence to office policies & procedures.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence.
  • Marketing & social media.
  • Perform review & analysis of projects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Bookkeeping & Accounting.
  • 5+ years of work experience in an Office Management role or similar.
