The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek an expe­ri­enced Exec­u­tive Office Man­ag­er to pro­vide an effi­cient, proac­tive and con­fi­den­tial range of high-lev­el exec­u­tive, admin­is­tra­tive and sec­re­tar­i­al sup­port ser­vices to the Office of the Chief Exec­u­tive Offi­cer (CEO).

You will be dis­play­ing the high­est lev­els of pro­fes­sion­al integri­ty, this Exec­u­tive Office Man­ag­er posi­tion will pro­vide lead­er­ship to exec­u­tive sup­port func­tions across Coun­cil by pro­vid­ing guid­ance and advice on cor­po­rate wide admin­is­tra­tion func­tions and asso­ci­at­ed pro­ce­dures.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include but not lim­it­ed to over­see Exec­u­tive Sup­port func­tions across the organ­i­sa­tion to ensure that a high qual­i­ty and con­sis­tent ser­vice is being pro­vid­ed and pro­vide exec­u­tive assis­tance to the CEO and con­tribute to the admin­is­tra­tive func­tions asso­ci­at­ed with the Office of the CEO — Exec­u­tive Assis­tants, Exec­u­tive Assis­tant to the May­or and Coun­cil­lors; Media & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions; Peo­ple & Cul­ture; Infor­ma­tion Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Tech­nol­o­gy; and Registry.

• Attrac­tive salary of $99,295.80 p/​a plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o dependents
