Office Manager/Reception Role - Part Maternity Leave Cover

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for a permanent casual position (mainly Saturdays) to join our friendly team in our busy multi-modality Naturopathic Clinic in beautiful Rockingham. 

The successful candidate would also available for a period of maternity leave coverage on a fixed term basis (Monday - Wednesday from Jan 2023 until April 2023), and be comfortable taking on additional administrative and office management responsibilities during this period.

The successful candidate must be a motivated individual with a passion for service. They must be able to work  on their own, but also as part of a team as their role will include leading the Front Office Team during the period of maternity leave coverage. 

We are looking for a driven person, who can demonstrate initiative, and who has a positive and enthusiastic attitude and exceptional organizational skills.

A basic knowledge of the wellness industry and an interest in health is important. Experience with customer service and the ability to meet our loyal clients' needs is essential. 

We are also seeking someone who can navigate the social media advertising landscape and who has website experience.
