We are on track for our biggest and busiest year yet, we're seeking a Part-time Office Coordinator/Manager or as we'd prefer to title the role “Happiness Manager” to join us and work collaboratively with our leadership team and marketing staff to support in a variety of duties including admin, project management, quality control, before and after sales care, customer service and leadership.

What's the offer and opportunity?
We have 15-25 hours per week on offer (exact amount will be tailored to suit you) and we are looking for 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with a couple hours work from home Wednesday). You'll be leading a team that are all down-to-earth, energetic, passionate, friendly and driven. We have the shared goals of making Kaizen Marketing the best in the industry for the services we provide, and our ability to exceed our clients' expectations, every time.
Does This Role Suit You?
A typical week for our Happiness Manager will include:
- Create the teams rosters and coordinate the junior and higher level staff to ensure all project deadlines are met well ahead of time with two tiers of quality control
- Before and After Sales Services to exceed client expectations
- Client customer service (primary POC) and retention manager
- Inspire and motivate your team - manage staff happiness and retention
- Complete project management
- Use a wide range of software platforms to analyse data, read trends, question concepts and champion performance of campaigns and ROI for clients
- Quality control editor duties (spell check, fact check, strategy check every publication before going live).
- Staff & Client event planning and management with your PA
- Social media content collection and post-creation management
- Weekly reporting on project deadlines to director
- Conduct happiness reviews with your staff team and keep the culture innovative, happy and energetic
- Brand retention innovation and implementation
- Daily management and supervision of staff and projects
- Mentoring and training trade and university interns
- Writing and formatting business documents such as proposals, presentations, administration templates and updating manuals
- Assisting in business development management and referral sales opportunities
- Attend networking events
- Maintaining and managing business assets and uniforms
- General housekeeping duties around the office maintaining office presentation

- High level of attention to detail as you are the final check before marketing goes live
- Have the technical capacity to learn and operate a wide variety of software and Apple tech
- Have the ability to communicate professionally, effortlessly
- Are passionate about delivering great team member experiences and have a desire to play a key role in supporting growth in the organization
