About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic Office and Operations Manager with a passion for organisation, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
As our Office and Operations Manager, you'll:
- Report directly to the Director/Principal
- Lead daily operations with energy and precision
- Inspire and mentor our administrative team
- Provide crucial support to our Dispute Resolution Practitioners
- Manage our online communication systems with finesse
- Ensure smooth leave management and payroll oversight
- Foster a positive team culture through regular meetings and reviews
- Support financial operations and client account management
- Drive improvements across our practices and systems
- Collaborate with IT and marketing partners to enhance our services
- Take on additional tasks to support our office's success
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field. Seasoned Paralegals with experience in Australian family law will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years' managerial experience in a legal or professional services setting.
- Proven track record in team leadership and development.
- Advanced Office365 Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with CRM Systems and Marketing tools a plus (e.g. Smokeball, Jotform, DocuSign, Mailchimp, Hubspot)
- Experience with accounting platforms e.g. Xero
- Comfort with online communication platforms and systems.

- Professionalism, respect, and a commitment to client confidentiality.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Enjoy statutory superannuation and 5 weeks of annual leave (pro rata), including a festive season shutdown.
