Currently we are expanding our product range in a new exciting growth venture. The successful applicant will be critical to the company’s business strategy & growth plans.

The Role:
- Powermax Group is offering a full-time position for a self-motivated, energetic, and diligent multi-skilled Office Support Professional
What we are looking for:
- A passionate Office Support Professional, with a proven track record
- Good allrounder - Admin, Sales & Marketing Support to a busy sales team in a vibrant environment
- A mature outlook & the ability to work in both a team environment & autonomously along with all types of personalities.
- Diligence & Attention to detail in providing excellent service to our customers & quality marketing material.
- Patience & Good Attitude to solve customer & management requests.
- Action orientation and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- A willingness to undertake training & learn new skills
Duties include:
- Graphic Design using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to provide simple & clear graphic artwork to persuade customers to buy
- Social Media Marketing including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Email Marketing (Mail Chimp)
- Database maintenance and filtering
- Simple Website maintenance and design
- Marketing cost/return analysis
- Telephone sales follow up
- Support for sales staff
- Order entry
- Telephone answering
Preference will be given to applicants that have:
- Had experience in Graphic design and preparing marketing material
- Training Qualification Certificates in Marketing, Graphic Design & Computer Skills
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Completed the HSC
- Can provide references
