The Role:
This person will play a pivotal role in the team, working alongside the Agents, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative, database and marketing support to ensure the smooth running of their team. We are seeking a mature individual with exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with broad industry knowledge, and experience in a similar role. This is a Monday to Friday role with some requirements to assist with Contract processing on a Saturday as needed. Some of the day-to-day tasks will include but not be limited to:-
- Diary management and appointment setting
- Accounts – invoicing through Xero accounting software
- Preparation of Form 6's, Contracts, Listing kits, Auction kits, open home and prospecting materials
- Contract administration and processing, observing critical dates and liaising with Solicitors, Buyers and Sellers
- Database management
- Vendor reports
- Management of property listings online
- Booking Building & Pest Inspections and Photo Shoots
- Scheduling Appraisals and Open Homes
- Photo selection, ad text and uploading listings online
- CMA preparation and market research
- Use of Pricefinder, RP Data, Realworks and Vault software
- Liaising with Buyers and Sellers over the phone and email
- Email management
- Monitoring and responding to Buyer enquiry
- Monitoring cash flow and expenditure
- Social media management
- High level of experience in a similar support role in Real Estate
- A Current QLD Certificate of Registration preferred
- A reliable vehicle and Driver's license
- Highly efficient, organised and with great attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
